Melody, a reliable employee who shows up to work every single day.

That’s not a title she has always worn though. Melody, a lot like most of us, was lost at one point. She was jobless, stagnant, lacked confidence and had a new grandbaby coming quickly. Life is funny that way, when you feel down and out, it seems like around the corner is a push to keep you chugging along. Melody turned to multiple agencies to find the work she desperately needed. She recollected needing resume after resume, interview after interview and the hope she was reaching for seemed to become more and more distant as each day passed by. She can’t rememeber the first day she walked into GLISS but she shared that since that time she hasn’t been a day without work. She’s made a lot of progress since that day actually! She now has a car, steady income and the confidence to be the women she knew she could be. Here we are on the other side, and Melody we are so proud to know you.
