Today we are sharing the story of Richard.

Richard’s work history has some gaps in it. For one reason or another, he has had to take time off work. Richard was even taking care of his mother at one point.

When he was ready to get back to work these gaps were put under a spotlight. They began to create a roadblock for Richard, and the lack of work was starting to put him behind in life.

Richard always helped everyone else, and now he needed to be helped. A notice came in that his license was going to be suspended if he didn’t pay off some balances. Richard set out to find any work he could.

With finances lacking and bills mounding up, Richard kept his mind set on his goals and left everything else behind him. “It is what it is” is what he would tell himself to keep going. Hard work pays off! Richard locked in a job with us at GLISS and began work right away.

Richard never looked back. He has proven himself ten times over as a reliable and dedicated employee. Richard paid off the debts that he needed to right away and was able to keep his license!

Richard says “I didn’t expect a lot but one thing I gained was motivation through my newfound independence. All I can say is, do what you can!”
